Rings

Use our size chart to find your size.

We offer all of our rings in quarter sizes, just add a note to your order with the exact size you would like. If you’ve already placed your order contact us with your order number and the size you would like within 24 hours of placing your order.

We offer sizes 3-8 standard for all of our rings. Extended sizes are always available upon request, please reach out to bespoke@lizziemandler.com or contact us here.

We will happily resize any of our sizable ring options free of charge 1 time.

Some of our rings are easily resized and can usually be repaired and returned within 10-12 business days. An additional sizing fee may apply to those styles which are not easily resized.

Please contact us here with your order number and your request and one of our representatives will be in touch to assist with the resize.

Custom Sizing

Our cuffs come in one standard size and are notadjustable. However, we are happy to custom fit you for a cuff at no extra charge

This is best advised by a local piercer as it is based on personal anatomy, however if you’re unable to see a piercer, let us know where the stud is for (placement on the ear) and we’ll do our best to fit you with the perfect post

Engraving and Customization

Many of our pieces are available with custom engraving. Please contact us here for more details or to find out if a specific piece is engravable.

Engraving costs $35 per placement.

Hand engraving is available upon request for an additional fee.

Orders and Shipping

Most items that are in stock will ship within 3 business days. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated production times are 2-4 weeks, however during holiday periods this may be longer.

If you need a piece immediately, please contact us here to see what we have in stock and available for immediate shipping While we cannot guarantee a delivery date, we will do our best to ensure your piece arrives during the estimated window!

Lizzie Mandler does ship internationally, however, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lizzie Mandler does not take responsibility for any delays in international shipments or misplaced packages once they have left US territory.

We cannot guarantee a delivery window for any international shipment, please place your orders with plenty of time for it to clear customs.

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of California are not liable for sales tax. For all international sales, local duties and fees will apply whenever applicable at the most current rates.

Unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned for a shopping credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds and shipping is non refundable or transferable. All custom pieces, bridal, special orders, and customized/engraved pieces are final sale If you have questions as to what defines a custom piece or special order, please contact us here.

The quality and craftsmanship of our pieces is our top priority. If one of your LM pieces needs repair, please contact us here with your full name, order number, email address and an explanation of the repair needed and one of our representatives will reach out to assist you.

We are happy to repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase.

*Any damage done to jewelry by mistreatment will be charged for repair fees at our sole discretion* A representative will be in touch upon receipt of the jewelry for approval should there be any additional charges.

Jewelry Care

We are are happy to repolish, refinish or clean your jewelry to restore it to its original high polish or matte finish we are happy to do this for you free of charge. Please contact us here for further information.

To preserve the integrity and finish of the jewelry, please remove when showering or swimming.

Note: a natural reaction to the metal may occur, causing slight skin discoloration. If a reaction occurs with a piece of gold jewelry it may be due to certain hand soaps or lotions, or the natural chemistry of the skin. To prevent this, please remove jewelry when showering, washing hands and applying lotion. Please note this is a natural reaction and is not permanent, if it occurs we suggest taking a 2-3 day break from wearing the item.

Having your Lizzie Mandler engagement ring inspected on a regular basis can extend the life of your jewelry. Inspections, cleaning/polishing and replating are all free of charge for the life of your item. Customers are only responsible for shipping to our Los Angeles Studio.

Enamel requires special care and attention due to its extremely delicate nature. Please remove all enamel jewelry when showering, cleaning, or swimming and avoid all contact with harsh chemicals, cleaners perfumes and oils. Enamel may break or chip due to excess wear, misuse, or impact. Please avoid dropping any enamel pieces, as well as carrying heavy objects with enamel rings for this may cause damage. If you have a damaged enamel piece, we are happy to help you with the repair. Please contact us here with any details on the repair needed and a representative will reach out to assist you. *Note some repair fees may apply*

Lizzie Mandler stands behind our products and guarantees all items be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. Should you find your item to have a manufacturing defect, it may be returned to us for further evaluation. If it is determined that your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item if necessary. If it is determined that the damage or issue is not caused by manufacturing defect, we will notify you of any repair costs prior to proceeding. All of our pieces are made by hand, it must be noted that there will almost always be minuscule irregularities and/or slight variations in craftsmanship. These characteristics are unique to your item and are not considered defects. 

Our warranty and services are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Any Servicing done to our pieces outside of Lizzie Mandler Fine Jewelry will cancel this lifetime warranty. Lizzie Mandler will not provide warranties for damage due to everyday wear, loss or theft. We highly recommend insuring all of your jewelry through a licensed insurer and will happily provide appraisals for our custom Lizzie Mandler engagement rings.
