We are happy to repair, adjust, resize or clean any jewelry purchased on our online store. A fee may apply depending on the circumstances of the repair. Lizzie Mandler is not responsible for the subsequent shipping fees.


Lizzie Mandler offers a bespoke service, including custom wedding and engagement rings. All bespoke orders require an initial 50% deposit in order to start production, and all custom pieces are final sale. Please contact Lizzie@lizziemandler.com to discuss your bespoke piece. Most pieces are available for order in 10, 14, 18, and 22 carat gold as well as sterling silver and platinum. In most pieces, the gemstone type can also be customized. Lizzie Mandler does not accept returns. Items purchased on our online store may be exchanged up to 14 days after the item was received. Exchange items must be in their original packaging, and in it’s original condition without wear. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Lizzie Mandler is not responsible for any items lost or damaged as a result of return shipping. To arrange the return shipping please contact info@lizziemandler.com. *All custom orders or pieces which have been engraved are final sale*


Within the US: Most items ship within 2 weeks of the purchase date. If an item is on backorder or requires longer than 2 weeks you will be notified via email. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, however we will do our best to deliver the item as soon as possible. If you need a rush order please contact info@lizziemandler.com to discuss your options. While we cannot guarantee a rushed delivery, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.


We are happy to ship internationally! Special shipping fees will apply, please contact info@lizziemandler.com for a price and delivery estimate. Orders are billed in US dollars. Lizzie Mandler is not responsible for duties and taxes charged by the receiving country.


To preserve the integrity and finish of the jewelry, please remove when showering or swimming. If at any time you would like a piece re-polished or cleaned to restore its initial high polish or matte finish we are happy to do this for you. However, we are not responsible for the incurred shipping costs. Please contact info@lizziemandler.com for further information. Note: a natural reaction to the metal may occur, causing slight skin discoloration. If a reaction occurs with a piece of gold jewelry it may be due to certain hand soaps or lotions, or the natural chemistry of the skin. To prevent this, please remove jewelry when showering, washing hands and applying lotion. Please note this is a natural reaction and is not permanent, if it occurs we suggest taking a 2-3 day break from wearing the item.


Lizzie Mandler stands behind our products and guarantees all items be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. Should you find your item to have a manufacturing defect, it may be returned to us for further evaluation. If it is determined that your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item if necessary. If it is determined that the damage or issue is not caused by manufacturing defect, we will notify you of any repair costs prior to proceeding. All of our pieces are made by hand, it must be noted that there will almost always be minuscule irregularities and/or slight variations in craftsmanship. These characteristics are unique to your item and are not considered defects. 

Our warranty and services are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Any Servicing done to our pieces outside of Lizzie Mandler Fine Jewelry will cancel this lifetime warranty. Lizzie Mandler will not provide warranties for damage due to everyday wear, loss or theft. We highly recommend insuring all of your jewelry through a licensed insurer and will happily provide appraisals for our custom Lizzie Mandler engagement rings.
